Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sitelinks ("we", "our", "us") regarding your access to and use of the sitelinks custom domain link shortening, QR code generation, and analytics platform.

2. Service Provision & Subscription Model

sitelinks provides high-performance custom domain link redirection, click metrics, and print-ready vector QR codes. Subscriptions are billed per link slot per year on a flat-rate basis. Traffic volume is unmetered; we do not impose overage surcharges for viral or high-volume links.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use sitelinks strictly for lawful purposes. You must NOT create short links that redirect to, promote, or facilitate:

• Malware, ransomware, Trojan horses, rootkits, or malicious executables.
• Phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive social engineering campaigns.
• Illegal narcotics, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or prohibited weapons.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual imagery.
• Fraudulent schemes, advance-fee fraud, or unauthorized financial solicitation.
• Unsolicited bulk communications (Spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM or CASL.

We maintain automated and human abuse detection systems. Any link or account found in violation of this AUP will be terminated immediately without refund.

4. Abuse Reporting & Takedown Procedure

If you encounter a malicious or abusive short link hosted on sitelinks, report it immediately to our Trust & Safety team at abuse@sitelinks.app with the offending URL and evidence. We triage and remediate verified abuse reports promptly.

5. Billing, Renewals, Slot Scaling & Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew annually on your billing anniversary unless cancelled prior. Adding link slots is prorated for the remaining period. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the self-service billing portal. Upon cancellation, your links will continue resolving until the end of your prepaid billing period.

6. Custom Domain Responsibility

You retain sole responsibility for the registration, DNS routing, and renewal of your custom domain names. sitelinks is not responsible for link resolution failures caused by third-party domain expirations, registrar disputes, or DNS misconfigurations.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, sitelinks disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime or link misdirection.
