What happens to my links if I stop paying?
They stop redirecting and visitors are sent to your fallback page. Nothing is deleted — your links and their click history stay in your account, and they start working again the moment the subscription is active.
Do you track the people who click my links?
No. We record the country and city your visitor's request arrived from, a device category, and the referring page. We do not store IP addresses, we do not set cookies on your visitors, and nothing is shared with an advertising network.
Can I change where a link points after I have printed the QR code?
Yes, and this is the main reason to use short links for print. The QR code encodes the short link, never the destination, so you can repoint it as often as you like and everything already printed keeps working.
What if I need a link for only a short campaign?
Set an expiry date or a click cap. Once either is reached the link redirects to a fallback URL you choose. You can also delete the link and free the slot for something else.
Is it really $5 per link, with unlimited clicks?
Yes. You buy link slots, one per link, $5 per slot per year. Traffic is never metered — a link that gets a million clicks costs the same as one that gets ten.
What happens if the domain expires?
