What happens to my links if I stop paying?
Links beyond the free plan stop redirecting and visitors are sent to your fallback page. Nothing is deleted — your links and their click history stay in your account. Accounts already over the free limit keep those existing links working; only new ones are blocked.
Do you track the people who click my links?
No. We record the country and city your visitor's request arrived from, a device category, and the referring page. We do not store IP addresses, we do not set cookies on your visitors, and nothing is shared with an advertising network.
Can I change where a link points after I have printed the QR code?
Yes, and this is the main reason to use short links for print. The QR code encodes the short link, never the destination, so you can repoint it as often as you like and everything already printed keeps working.
What if I need a link for only a short campaign?
Set an expiry date or a click cap. Once either is reached the link redirects to a fallback URL you choose. You can also delete the link and free the slot for something else.
What does the free plan include?
One page with up to 5 links. Clicks are not metered. Paid monthly and yearly slot plans are listed on the pricing page and marked Coming soon until checkout opens.
Is it really $5 per link, with unlimited clicks?
The yearly price is $5 per link slot per year — the same per-slot price as before. A monthly price is shown beside it. Neither can be bought until Paystack checkout is open. Traffic is never metered.
What happens if the domain expires?
Every link dies with the domain, here and at every other shortener. Use a domain you intend to keep, turn on auto-renew, and keep the card on file current. This is the single biggest risk to any short link.
